Kenzo is expanding its global digital marketing capabilities and is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in India to support performance-driven advertising campaigns.
This role focuses on paid media execution and optimization across international markets, supporting e-commerce growth and digital brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets to improve results
Performance Optimization
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion performance
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
E-commerce Growth
• Drive qualified traffic to Kenzo’s digital platforms and online store
• Support initiatives that improve conversion rate and customer acquisition efficiency
Data & Reporting
• Use marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Merchant Center to evaluate campaign performance
• Translate marketing data into actionable insights for campaign optimization
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience working with e-commerce or performance marketing environments
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English communication skills
