DevOps Engineering Manager

Our client is looking to hire a DevOps Engineering Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity and will be fully remote. This must be worked on W2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management experience (managing engineers or DevOps practitioners)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)

• Strong background with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS/Fargate
• Hands on experience with AWS
• Ability to create platform standards and self service capabilities that support governance and compliance
• Experience driving shift left practices, including automated testing and security as code
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and leading incident management
• Experience integrating security and compliance into automated pipelines
• Strong communication skills across technical and non technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications
