Clinical Talent Sourcer

InHome Therapy | Remote

InHome Therapy is a growing team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists providing high-quality care to patients in their homes across multiple states. Our mission is simple: for patients, therapists, and agencies to rise together.

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage talented therapy professionals as we continue to grow. This role focuses primarily on sourcing and pipeline development, while also supporting recruiting coordination and candidate experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and connecting with candidates—and who may want to grow into a Recruiter role over time.

Schedule & Location

  • Fully remote
  • Must work Eastern or Central Time hours
  • Monday–Friday daytime schedule (approximately 8–5)

Compensation

  • $20–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Bonus opportunity

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing healthcare professionals is a plus
