🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist at a High-Growth AI Startup

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site, 5 days/week) 💰 Compensation: $90K - $120K + Competitive Equity

About Us We are building the AI orchestration layer for the insurance industry. Our AI Assistant automates complex workflows, helping teams write over $15B in premiums faster and smarter. We are moving at lightning speed, and our biggest distribution channel is social media. That’s where you come in.


The Opportunity We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Social Media Specialist to own our social channels end-to-end. You will partner directly with our Marketing Lead and founders to shape the voice of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in insurance.


Here is the reality of this role: You will not be a one-person band. While you will be highly hands-on with copywriting and strategy, you will have a high five-figure budget and access to a full production team—including animators, videographers, and graphic designers—to bring your boldest ideas to life.


🎯 What You’ll Actually Do (The Weekly Reality):

  • Own the P0 Channels: Master LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Want to spearhead our launch on Instagram or YouTube Shorts? You have the autonomy to make it happen.
  • Deliver High-Quality Output: Plan, write, and publish 3 static posts and 2 dynamic posts (high-production videos, product animations, walkthroughs) per week. At least 1 video per week is a must.
  • Chase the Right Metrics: We don't care about vanity metrics. We would rather get 10 likes from our exact ICP (Insurance Professionals) than 100 likes from random strangers.
  • Collaborate & Direct: Use your design taste (Figma, Canva) to mock up ideas, and direct our external creatives to produce polished assets.


🦄 Who We Are Looking For (The "Unicorn" Mix):

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of full-time experience in social media or digital marketing (No fresh grads, contract-only, or internship-only backgrounds, please).
  • The Perfect Blend: You have the structured, high-quality foundation of working in Big Tech, combined with the scrappy, fast-paced execution of an early-stage Startup (Seed to Series C). (Agency backgrounds are welcome ONLY if you have a track record of scaling smaller accounts from the ground up).
  • Crisp Copywriter: You write like a human. Your copy is sharp, engaging, and clear. Zero "AI-generated" tone.
  • High Energy: You have something to prove, you take feedback extremely well, and you thrive in fast feedback loops.
