Role Overview:
The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing end to end US payroll operations, including multi cycle payroll processing, contractor and vendor payments, and new hire payroll setup using ADP and Oracle. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with quarterly and annual requirements, and proper system configuration. The position also oversees payroll reporting, resolves payroll related inquiries from employees and managers, and provides leadership in coordinating payroll activities, timecard approvals, and system integrations. Strong experience in US payroll, ADP, and team leadership is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-cycle payroll in ADP, including timecard review, hours reporting, data bridge validation, and final approval
- Manage contractor and vendor payments, including Deel invoice review, ProSource invoice review, and contractor disbursements
- Oversee new hire payroll setup — tax forms, direct deposit, voided check review, ADP task follow-up, and job title/department configuration
- Calculate and process termination and separation pay; coordinate with managers on separation requests and support third-party calculations
- Administer quarterly and annual compliance activities, including ADP Quarterly UAR, SOC1 report and memo, and annual payroll schedule creation
- Maintain location and tax configuration in ADP; troubleshoot employee access issues and resolve Oracle-ADP system integration concerns
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports, including commission reports, holiday ADP reports, and ad hoc pulls as requested
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager payroll questions via email, chat, and scheduled office hours
- Coordinate timecard approval reviews in Oracle and address manager timecard inquiries

Qualifications:
- Atleast 5 or more years US Payroll experience.
- Leading experience is required. Preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in ADP (multi-cycle payroll processing, payroll setup, reporting) and Oracle (timecard approvals, integration with ADP)
- Payroll Compliance: Understanding of quarterly and annual compliance (UAR, SOC1, tax filings, payroll schedules)
- Invoice & Vendor Management
- Good English Communication Skills
