We are hiring a PPC Specialist with creative skills to join us on a fully remote contractor basis.
This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just tasks. We are looking for someone to make this role their own, bring ideas, and work closely with us to deliver the best possible results.
You will manage and improve our paid campaigns (mainly Google Ads Search and YouTube, with some Microsoft Ads), and you will also create and iterate the creative that makes ads convert (thumbnails, banners, short video edits, captions). You will support email marketing in Mailchimp and occasional blog writing when needed.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 based on your timezone

Key responsibilities

Paid media and PPC
- Own and optimise Google Ads performance across Search and YouTube
- Build new campaigns, expand coverage, and improve account structure
- Keyword research, search terms review, negative keywords, bidding, audiences, and ongoing testing
- Write and test ad copy, hooks, and offers based on results
- Support Microsoft Ads where it makes sense
- Provide clear weekly updates on what changed, what worked, and what to test next
Creative production for ads
- Create ad images, banners, and thumbnails (Photoshop or equivalent)
- Edit and rework videos into ad ready versions for YouTube and other placements
- Add captions and produce multiple creative variations for testing
- Suggest new creative angles that resonate with gamers and server owners
Email marketing and content support
- Build and send Mailchimp campaigns
- Support basic automations when needed
- Write blog posts occasionally when required (not the core focus, but writing skills matter)
- Keep messaging consistent across ads, email, and landing pages

Conversion and landing pages
- Suggest improvements to landing pages and flows to improve conversion rate
- Nice to have: basic landing page or web design skills for ad landing pages
Requirements
- Experience running PPC campaigns, ideally Google Ads Search (YouTube experience is a big plus)
- Comfortable working with performance data and making decisions based on results
- Photoshop skills (or similar) to produce clean, high converting creative
- Video editing skills for ads, including captions
- Mailchimp experience
- Strong written English
- Familiarity with PC gaming and game server hosting is required
Nice to haves
- Experience with Rust, Minecraft, Hytale, or Project Zomboid
- YouTube experience (thumbnails, editing, content, or ads)
- Strong design skills and a content-focused mindset
- Basic landing page or web design experience
