Talent Managers will play an important role in expanding opportunities for our roster and building strong relationships across North America.
We are currently seeking a U.S.-based Talent Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated talent roster, overseeing day-to-day communications, gifting arrangements, press inquiries, event invitations, venture opportunities as well as the coordination and execution of brand partnership campaigns. This role primarily focuses on career development and strategic growth tactics to ensure impactful, scalable and sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Relations: Serve as the primary contact for assigned talents, addressing their needs, and supporting their overall career objectives.
• Gifting Coordination: Source and coordinate gifting opportunities for talents, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with their brand.
• Press Inquiries: Manage and coordinate incoming press requests, ensuring timely responses and proper representation of talents.
• Partnership Outreach: Identify and recommend talents for existing brand partners, aligning talent with potential opportunities in a pro-active manner.

• Event & Brand Trip Coordination: Handle event and brand trip invitations, including RSVPs,
travel arrangements, guest lists, and any additional logistics.
• Campaign Management: Lead coordination of brand partnerships, including draft deadlines, live post dates, content guidelines and briefs to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
• Strategy: Hold monthly Google Meet check-ins with assigned talents to review and monitor their progress,developing strategic action plans for long term career growth.
• Roster Reviews: Participate in monthly roster reviews with team leaders to assess overall
performance and potential growth opportunities for each of your assigned talents.
• Talent Sourcing: Organically source and secure new talents for representation, expanding your own dedicated roster as well as the agency’s overall talent portfolio to maximize success.
• Milestone Tracking: Track and celebrate talents’ birthdays, achievements, and relevant
milestones, ensuring meaningful recognition and relationship nurturing.
• Internal/External Communication: Be readily available and responsive for communications that run across email, SMS, and Slack.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of current trends in social media, pop culture, and the creator
economy in general to provide relevant insights and ensure talent strategies remain competitive
and aligned with continuous industry shifts.
• Workflow Organization: Utilize Google Workspace to maintain organized workflows and efficiently execute assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time & align with company standards.
Skills & Qualifications
•1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, brand marketing, talent management, or a related field.
