Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to support the daily operation, optimization, and expansion of core business systems. This contractor role will serve as a central technical and strategic partner to Business Operations, ensuring that the organization’s systems ecosystem remains stable, integrated, scalable, and capable of supporting future growth. This role requires experience managing multiple interconnected platforms, building integrations and APIs, and implementing automation and AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Core systems include platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, Arrows, ZoomInfo, and other operational and revenue tools.




What You'll Do:


  • Manage the day-to-day administration and performance of core business systems
  • Maintain system access, permissions, and overall platform reliability
  • Build and maintain integrations and APIs across CRM, revenue, and operational systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable data flow between platforms
  • Support the implementation of automation and AI-powered workflows
  • Assist with onboarding and rollout of new tools and platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting across systems
  • Partner with internal teams to improve processes and system efficiency.



What You Bring:


  • 3+ years of experience managing business systems in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong experience administering CRM and revenue platforms (HubSpot required)
  • Proven experience building and managing APIs and system integrations
  • Experience working with multi-system ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience implementing automation or AI-enabled tools
  • Strong systems thinking and architectural mindset
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on data integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.



Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gong, Maxio, Arrows, ZoomInfo, or similar revenue operations tools
  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato
  • Experience supporting Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams
  • Background in process optimization and change management
  • Experience working in private equity-backed or rapidly scaling organizations.
