The Role

The Alt League is a nimble, remote-first creative agency servicing large-scale clients with the rigor of a global network and the soul of a disruptor. We are looking for an Account Director who doesn't just manage relationships but pioneers them.

You will lead 360° campaigns, acting as the strategic anchor that connects our boldest ideas to our clients' biggest business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Client Advisor: Own the relationship with our most significant client partners. You aren't here to manage tasks; you’re here to understand their business challenges and proactively offer creative solutions.

• 360° Campaign Leadership: Lead the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across film, digital, social, and OOH. You know how to maintain the integrity of a "big idea" while adapting it for specific channel nuances and guide it through delivery.

• Creative Liberation: Champion an AI-augmented workflow. You’ll work with the team to use generative tools that bypass traditional production bottlenecks, allowing us to deliver world-class craft on "impossible" timelines.

• The Bridge: Act as the vital link between our clients’ objectives and our team’s vision. You protect the "Alt" in our ideas while ensuring they remain anchored in commercial reality.

• Remote Leadership: Lead by example in our digital-first culture. You navigate Text, Zoom and Google Docs with clarity and empathy, maintaining team momentum without the need for an office.

Who You Are

• The Experienced Lead: 7–10 years of agency experience, with at least 2 years at the Account Director level. You’ve successfully navigated the complexities of large-brand accounts.

• The Steady Hand: You are the calm in the storm. You possess the emotional intelligence to absorb high-pressure client demands and translate them into actionable briefs without passing the stress onto your creative or strategy partners. You protect the "maker space" by filtering noise and ensuring the team stays focused on the solution, not the fire.
