Job Description


TA Operations Consultant | Contract through April 2027 1 Year | Fully Remote

$63โ€“$70/hr | 100% Remote | EST or CT hours |


We are partnering with a leading global tax compliance and financial technology company on a high-impact contract engagement supporting a major Workday Recruiting implementation.

This is not a recruiting role. It is a strategic operations role for someone who has been the backbone of complex HR tech projects โ€” organized, direct, and able to drive execution while flagging risks when direction changes.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving deliverables across a global ATS transformation involving Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox
  • Managing cross-functional task lists, timelines, and follow-ups to keep the project moving
  • Participating in UAT testing to validate workflows, integrations, and end-to-end TA processes
  • Building process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation for current and future-state recruiting operations
  • Developing training content and enablement materials to drive adoption across the TA team
  • Creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and cross-workstream communications
  • Translating project discussions into clear next steps, documentation, and decision logs
  • Proactively surfacing risks and recommendations as priorities shift

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years in TA Operations, Talent Enablement, or HR Operations
  • Hands-on Workday Recruiting implementation experience โ€” required
  • Exposure to HiredScore or Paradox is a strong plus
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including data visualization and storytelling
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Direct communicator who can call out issues and move people toward decisions

Not the right fit if your background is primarily recruiting with little to no experience managing the operations side of a TA function.
