Blue Chip Talent is currently seeking 2 experienced Data / Machine Learning Engineers with strong C# / .NET backgrounds to support a high-impact project in a regulated federal environment. The ideal candidate will be a senior .NET Engineer who has actually built and deployed ML solutions using ML.NET and thrives in structured, compliance-heavy environments.
Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in .NET and C# Development with 2 years of hands-on experience with ML.NET in a .NET environment

What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy machine learning models using ML.NET
- Develop scalable .NET applications and APIs integrating ML models
- Design data pipelines and transformation workflows in .NET
- Work with structured data (SQL, ETL) for training and evaluation
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments
- Collaborate across teams in a secure, compliance-driven setting
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Strong experience building production-grade backend systems / APIs
- Hands-on experience with ML.NET (or ONNX in .NET)
- Solid understanding of ML concepts (classification, regression, model evaluation)
- Strong SQL / data pipeline experience
- Ability to work fully within .NET (no Python)
- Production-grade application development (APIs, backend systems)
- Experience building and deploying ML models into production
- Experience working with structured data (SQL, ETL, pipelines)
- Ability to perform ML work without relying on Python
- Implement data processing pipelines in .NET
- Deploy and monitor models in production systems
- Azure or cloud-based .NET deployments
- Experience integrating ML into .NET applications
