Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in authentication and access management. This is a highly technical role focused on OAuth, OIDC, and MFA implementations, supporting enterprise application migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support application migrations to MFA and OAuth-based authentication
- Design and implement secure IAM solutions using modern authentication protocols
- Work closely with business application teams across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, South America)
- Implement and manage identity federation and access control mechanisms
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions within a Microsoft-based environment
