About The Role

We're hiring 1 professional to train and support U.S. clients on how to use our real estate software. You'll lead Zoom trainings, answer questions clearly, and represent our brand with professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Train clients via Zoom and recorded video walkthroughs
  • Guide users through Smart platform features step-by-step
  • Provide calm, confident assistance and client support
  • Represent Smart with professionalism and patience

Requirements

  • Excellent English - clear, soft-spoken, confident
  • 1+ year in training, onboarding, or support
  • Reliable internet, webcam, and mic
  • Presentable on camera (clean background, business attire)
  • Quiet home setup (green screen optional)

Bonus Points:

  • Software training or onboarding background
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Handled high-value or demanding customers
