At Oktima, we're building the next generation of tools for embedded and industrial application development — and we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Verona.
About the role
You'll be the bridge between our platform and our customers, guiding them from their first evaluation all the way through production deployment. Working closely with our engineering team, you'll turn deep product knowledge into clear guidance, quality assurance, and compelling learning materials that accelerate adoption.
What you'll do
- Pre-sales & post-sales technical support
- Testing & quality assurance across the platform
- Writing clear, comprehensive documentation and release notes
- Building demos, tutorials, and reference projects
- Collaborating with developers to drive continuous product improvement
