The Role
We're looking for a driven, well-networked Channel Manager based in Ghana to build and manage a portfolio of reseller, referral, and technology partnerships across West Africa.
This is a commission-based, fully remote role — right for someone who thrives on autonomy, has existing relationships in the security, IT, or SaaS ecosystem, and wants to earn uncapped income by connecting the right organisations to a product that genuinely solves a problem they feel every day.

What You'll Do
→ Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners — resellers, MSSPs, IT consultancies, and technology distributors across Ghana and West Africa
→ Manage and grow an active partner pipeline, supporting partners through the full sales cycle
→ Run joint prospecting, demos, and proposal efforts with partners
→ Be the face of RiskSpot in your market — at events, meetups, and industry conversations
→ Provide partners with the tools, materials, and training they need to sell effectively
→ Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development — ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services
✔ An existing network of IT decision-makers, security professionals, or SaaS resellers in Ghana or West Africa
✔ Strong consultative selling skills — you understand the customer's problem before you pitch the solution
✔ Self-directed and comfortable working without a base salary(negotiable)— you build your own pipeline and own your outcomes
✔ Based in Ghana (required)
