Position: Appian BPM design/ Architect (Onsite)

Location: Hartford, CT (relocation works)

Duration : 6 months

Job Description:

Appian Architect 12 plus with 5 year design Architect exp,

• Minimum 5+ years of Appian BPM design /architect and development relevant experience and overall 10+ BPM exposure in process orchestration and automation Design and architect Appian-based applications that meet business and performance objectives.
  
  

Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Appian solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Develop reusable components, record types, SAIL interfaces, process models, and reports.
  
  

Integrate Appian with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and

Connected Systems.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for Appian deployment and version management. Perform code reviews, enforce Appian design best practices, and mentor development teams.

Optimize applications for security, performance, and scalability.

Support production troubleshooting and environment management activities

• Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian
  
  

etc.

• Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
• Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.. 5. Appian L2 Certification (Appian senior Developer)
  
  

Good-to-Have

• Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team 2 Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as IBOSS WebSphere WebLogic etc.
