Direct Meds is building a modern digital healthcare platform designed to make care more accessible, responsive, and patient centered. As we continue to scale, we are investing heavily in the digital experience that connects patients to therapies, providers, and ongoing care.

We are looking for a Director of Digital Product to lead the evolution of our patient platform across web and mobile. This role will own the end to end experience and play a central role in defining how patients engage with Direct Meds throughout their care journey.

This is a highly cross functional role at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, and patient experience. The right candidate will help shape the platform into a trusted destination where patients manage their care, access guidance, and build an ongoing relationship with our ecosystem.

This is a fully remote role with significant opportunity for growth as the company scales. The individual in this position will have the ability to expand their scope, build out a team, and take on increasing ownership across the product organization.

Platform Leadership

Own the vision and development of the Direct Meds patient portal and mobile app. Ensure the experience is intuitive, clear, and trust building at every interaction. Drive personalization based on where each patient is in their journey while maintaining simplicity and usability.

Engagement and Retention Systems

Design and evolve product experiences that keep patients engaged over time. This includes progress tracking, milestone systems, renewal flows, and personalized guidance that reinforce continuity of care in a meaningful way.

AI Driven Patient Experience

Partner with engineering and AI teams to build intelligent self service experiences. Enable patients to complete intake, access education, manage orders, and get answers quickly while maintaining seamless access to human support when needed.

Product Analytics and Insights

Ensure the platform is fully instrumented to understand patient behavior. Identify friction points, drop off moments, engagement patterns, and retention drivers. Use data to inform roadmap decisions and continuously improve performance.

End to End Patient Journey

Collaborate with clinical, operations, and support teams to improve the full patient lifecycle from onboarding through long term care. This includes intake, provider interaction, fulfillment, follow up, and renewal experiences.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Build systems to capture and learn from patient feedback across all stages. Use these insights to inform product direction and prioritize improvements that meaningfully impact the patient experience.

• Experience leading digital product initiatives in healthcare, consumer technology, or subscription businesses
• Strong product instincts with a deep understanding of user experience and behavior
• Ability to work closely with engineering and translate ideas into shipped product
• Comfort working with data and turning insights into action
• Interest in applying AI to improve real world user experiences
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, high growth environment with a high level of ownership
