We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Community Engagement & Member Experience Manager to lead onboarding, engagement, and retention within a growing professional community.
This is not a passive content-posting role. We are looking for someone who builds meaningful relationships, drives participation, and creates a high-touch member experience. You will serve as the bridge between members and leadership, ensuring consistent communication, strong engagement, and measurable satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured onboarding and welcome experiences
- Proactively build relationships through regular member check-ins
- Develop and execute engagement strategies across the community platform
- Create posts and structured conversations that drive participation
- Oversee daily moderation and maintain a professional environment
- Coordinate virtual events, networking opportunities, and shared resources
- Manage CRM tracking, scheduling, and operational processes
- Handle member support and issue resolution with professionalism
- Drive referrals, testimonials, and member success stories
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Requirements
- 5+ years managing communities (100+ members preferred)
- Proven success improving engagement, participation, or retention (be ready to share results)
- Proven experience coordinating virtual events
- Proven experience in using Circle (must)
- Experience working with professional, executive, or coaching environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable proactively reaching out to members
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple communication streams
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
