Job Description
Description
Who we are!
Elementl Power Inc. is an advanced nuclear project developer and independent power producer, building scalable pathways for clean resilient energy. We break the stalemate in advanced nuclear deployment by delivering turnkey development, financing, and ownership solutions -- empowering customers to access nuclear power without the burden of operating assets.
The Opportunity
We’re adding a Talent Acquisition Lead to support Elementl’s growth as we expand our advanced nuclear and clean energy portfolio. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll ensure we can attract and hire the specialized talent needed to move our projects forward.
This role sits at the center of a major industry challenge. The nuclear workforce is undergoing a generational transition, and critical expertise is at risk as experienced professionals retire. The talent we need is scarce, highly specialized, and not accessible through traditional approaches.
This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. You’ll own recruiting execution across the business while building the pipelines and relationships needed to access hard-to-reach talent, working with the Chief People Officer on strategy.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles, particularly in nuclear technical roles, while strengthening how we identify, engage, and attract talent over time.
Requirements
What You’ll Do!
Full Cycle Recruiting
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across the organization, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Manage pipelines, scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain pipelines of talent ahead of hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates across nuclear, SMR, and clean energy markets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Track pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness.

- Develop and scale recruiting programs in partnership with leadership.
- Track and report on recruiting activity and performance.
- Contribute to building early-career and workforce development programs.
- Establish and grow relationships with universities, trade programs, and industry groups.
- Support initiatives focused on knowledge transfer and long-term talent development.
You bring 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of hiring for technical, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles.
You have direct experience recruiting in nuclear, clean energy, EPC, infrastructure, or a closely related technical environment and you understand what strong talent looks like in these markets and how to find it.
You Have Hands-on Experience With
- Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for niche talent
- Engaging passive candidates and developing long-term pipelines
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on complex roles
- Using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipelines and reporting
