Digital Marketing Associate Volunteer

ThryveLoom is a mentorship community for women in tech and tech adjacent roles — built and led by women already in the field. Our mission is simple: no woman should have to navigate her tech career without support, guidance, and community behind her.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Associate Volunteer to help grow ThryveLoom’s presence and reach the women who need this community most.

This is a real world opportunity to build your portfolio, gain hands on experience, and contribute to a mission driven community making a meaningful impact in the lives of women in tech.

What You Will Do:

Create graphics and visual content for ThryveLoom’s LinkedIn and Instagram using Canva or similar tools. Write captions and posts for ThryveLoom’s social media accounts. Help grow ThryveLoom’s follower base and engagement organically. Write and send email newsletters to current members. Track basic analytics and share insights on what content is performing well. Help promote ThryveLoom events, cycle launches, and community announcements.

What We Are Looking For:

Currently enrolled in college studying marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, or a related field. Passionate about women in tech and community building. Basic familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Strong written communication skills. Self directed and reliable with a genuine interest in growing something meaningful.

Time Commitment:

3 to 5 hours per week. Fully remote. Ongoing.
