We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing and AI-driven automation to support our client’s growing business. This role will take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives—from strategy to execution—focused on driving measurable growth, improving campaign performance, and scaling operations through automation.
You will play a key role in shaping marketing strategy, optimizing funnels, and leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and results.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, highly data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, email, SEO)
- Own campaign performance, including KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Develop and scale marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Oversee content direction across channels, including ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results
AI & Marketing Automation
- Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation workflows (lead capture, nurturing, and conversion)
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Integrate marketing platforms (ads, CRM, email, analytics) to create seamless and scalable workflows
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes through automation

Lead Generation & Growth
- Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Optimize landing pages, campaigns, and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion outcomes
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with stakeholders, including the client and internal teams, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Provide guidance on best practices in digital marketing, automation, and growth strategies
- Support and mentor junior team members (if applicable)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing
- Proven experience owning and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns and funnels
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign)
- Experience using AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AI-driven content or automation tools)
- Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, international setup
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision
