🎯 Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., engineering, IT, product)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
