Experts for Europe is a German-founded company that connects Colombian professionals (electricians, nurses, and truck drivers) with employers in Germany looking for qualified talent. We manage the entire process for candidates: recruitment campaigns, pre-screening, in-person interviews, technical assessments, a German language academy, relocation support, and family reunification assistance. Our work has a strong social impact, transforming the lives of workers and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive our candidate attraction efforts across Latin America. You will be the person responsible for making sure qualified professionals discover our program and apply. This is a hands-on role where you will manage our digital presence, create content, design visual assets, and run paid advertising campaigns to generate a steady flow of applicants.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) to attract candidates.
  • Design graphic assets for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize applicant volume and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads required; Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads are a plus).
  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs (reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion rates).
  • Intermediate English level (B1+) for communication with management.
  • Based in Colombia.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
