Your Profile & DNA:
Seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in monitoring, automation, and incident management to design, integrate, and optimize observability systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monitoring solutions (Prometheus, SNMP, GCP, Kubernetes) for CNFs/VNFs
- Integrate alerting systems with external tools via REST APIs and automate workflows (alerting → ticketing)
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Go
- Define and manage incident workflows, escalation policies, and alert prioritization
- Perform gap analysis and drive POCs for new monitoring tools
- Work with Linux, Docker, and networking environments
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
