Job Description
About Us
Anything Design is a remote-first design studio working with ambitious teams in emerging tech and Web3. We partner with fast-growing startups on branding, product design, UI/UX, and motion, acting as an integrated design team rather than a traditional agency. Our clients come to us when they want high-quality design without coordinating multiple vendors. Many of the teams we work with are building across crypto, AI, gaming, and new consumer products.
We're expanding our product design team and looking for a Product Designer who's ready to take ownership of real work across a range of products and industries.
The Role
As a Product Designer, you'll work directly on client projects across the tech landscape, designing real screens, flows, and prototypes for fast-moving teams. You'll be expected to work independently while collaborating closely with senior designers, developers, and project leads. You'll bring both craft and thinking to the table, and you'll need to move fast without compromising quality.
Experience in Web3 is a plus, but strong product instincts and adaptability matter most.
What You'll Do
- Design UI screens, flows, and interactive prototypes for a variety of client products
- Work across multiple projects at a time, managing your own deadlines and priorities
- Contribute to and help maintain scalable design systems
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready specs
- Create motion references and animation specs for developer handoff
- Apply UX research methods to inform and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and project leads throughout the process
- Absorb feedback quickly and ship revisions without losing momentum
