Job Description


We are a legal marketing agency hiring an SEO specialist to join our remote team. You will own a portfolio of law firm clients, think strategically about their growth, and stay ahead of a search landscape that is changing faster than ever. We are looking for someone who is already deep in this world, curious by nature, and ready to bring fresh thinking to clients who count on us to deliver. Responsibilities


  • Own monthly reporting, performance analysis, and data QA across your client portfolio
  • Develop monthly and quarterly task plans based on what the data uncovers
  • Conduct keyword research, content planning, and write all content briefs for new pages and rewrites
  • Plan and manage link-building initiatives
  • Execute technical SEO tasks, including schema, site audits, GBP optimizations, and on-page updates
  • Monitor and report on AI Overviews, LLM traffic, and client visibility in AI-driven search results
  • Communicate SEO performance and strategy clearly to clients and internal teams on status calls and in written reviews
  • Stay current on Google updates, AI search developments, and evolving best practices, and actively keep your team informed
  • Manage reactive client issues as they arise


Requirements


  • 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency setting, managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience with legal SEO strongly preferred
  • Strong command of on-page and off-page tactics, technical SEO, site architecture, and content strategy
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Majestic, Authority Labs, Local Falcon, and similar tools
  • Strong understanding of AI Overviews, Generative Engine Optimization, and LLM visibility, with a demonstrated commitment to staying current in this space
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical concepts in plain language
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts in a fully remote environment
  • Fluent English required, written and spoken
