About the Role
The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics will lead a team dedicated to providing data-driven insights and developing tools to manage marketplace dynamics effectively. Reporting to the Director of Advanced Analytics, this role supports growth in supply quality and guest engagement by partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The position plays a crucial role in guiding strategic decisions through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed team
- Drive excellence in data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, data-driven insights for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and other teams
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of key business initiatives

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace or travel industries
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing and motivating geographically distributed teams
- Strong technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with LLMs
- Solid business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions
- Agile, growth-oriented mindset with a history of driving projects from ideation to impact
- Quantitative undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
