About the Role


The HRIS Analyst II role is critical for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support organizational needs. This position ensures accurate HR data management and improves system functionality through configuration, user support, and process enhancements. The role contributes to the company’s operational efficiency and employee experience by managing HR technology platforms and facilitating system updates and training. This position is fully remote.


Responsibilities


- Support configuration and maintenance of HR Information Systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, and Docebo

- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and routine maintenance

- Collect and document user feedback on system functionality

- Assist users during new feature rollouts with training and troubleshooting

- Update, validate, and correct employee HR data following established procedures

- Suggest process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual tasks

- Prepare end-user documentation and training materials as needed

- Develop testing scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing for system updates


Requirements


- Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Analyst role or equivalent

- At least 1 year experience with Workday

- Knowledge of HR business processes preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter with ability to work independently

- Ability to work efficiently and think logically under pressure

- Eagerness to learn and grow, with a problem-solving mindset

- Skilled in diplomacy and tact when resolving issues

- Flexibility and adaptability to change in a positive manner

- Willingness to travel quarterly for stakeholder and team meetings

- Ability to work standing and sitting for extended periods
