This position is based in New York, and relocation is mandatory. We are open to French nationals who are willing to relocate and for whom we can sponsor a work visa. Remote work from France is not possible for this role.

This is a key position at the intersection of business and IT, offering strong visibility across Front Office and trading infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the OTC Program Manager (Europe) to develop a deep understanding of the OTC IT functional and technical chain
- Serve as the regional SPOC for OTC support and incoming change requests
- Document OTC processes and workflows to build and expand local knowledge
- Conduct business analysis on ETD (Exchange-Traded Derivatives) requirements
- Produce detailed functional specification documents for ETD derivatives changes
- Drive end-to-end delivery of changes through the internal SDLC, from requirements gathering through production release

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Solid technical foundation in: SQL, Java, file transfer and middleware technologies (MQ, APIs)
- OTC derivatives knowledge is mandatory: trade processing, margin, collateral management
- Familiarity with ETD derivatives (futures, listed options)
