About Us
Respona is a done-for-you link building product, delivering large volumes of high-quality backlinks and brand mentions for our clients. We handle the entire process end-to-end so our clients don't have to, and we're expanding the team that makes it happen.
We're hiring several Senior Link Builders to join us and take ownership of client link building campaigns from start to finish. You'll have everything you need to succeed: the full Respona toolset, AI and automation resources to keep your workflow efficient, and hands-on mentorship from day one.
What You'll Do
- Build high-quality backlinks and brand mentions for clients across a range of industries and niches
- Research and identify the right publishers and websites to target for each client campaign
- Create content pieces using our internal tools, tailored to each publisher's audience and requirements
- Reach out to publishers, negotiate placements, and manage the relationship through to publication
- Grow and maintain our publisher network by onboarding new contacts and nurturing existing ones
- Leverage AI and automation tools to maximize the efficiency and volume of your outreach
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as response rates, links acquired, and domain authority improvements

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in link building, email outreach, or digital PR
- A strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and what makes a backlink genuinely valuable
- Excellent written English and a talent for crafting compelling, personalized outreach copy
- Experience negotiating with publishers or external partners
- Comfort writing and editing content pieces as part of the link building workflow
- A bias toward experimentation, you improve templates rather than recycling them
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
