### What you’ll do
- Build and optimize **ETL pipelines**
- Design **killer dashboards & reports** (PowerBI / QlikSense)
- Fix DB design & performance issues
- Set up **data governance** (access, quality, the works)

### What you bring (non-negotiables)
- **Master’s in IT** + **11 years** of relevant experience
- **7+ years** in data warehouses
- **7+ years** in SQL + relational / non-relational DBs + data modelling
- **7+ years** as a BI dev (ETL, reporting, dashboards)
- **5+ years** in data quality management
- **5+ years** in Python – at least 3 of those on **extract & transform**
