Palladium Point is a boutique recruiting firm that places elite commercial insurance producers into top brokerages across the United States. These are revenue-generating professionals who manage $1M+ books of business. Palladium Point operates in a deep niche with high-value relationships, long sales cycles, and significant revenue per placement.
They are looking for a Chief of Staff who would be an operational partner to Pat (Founder and Managing Partner), working on strategic projects such as ensuring they meet SLAs, managing day-to-day operations, as well as identifying problems and implementing solutions.
What you’ll be doing:

- Lead implementation of operational systems for pipeline management, deal tracking, and content workflows to hit targets
- Drive proactive inefficiency resolution in candidate processes, enforcing SLAs (e.g., 48-hour feedback loops) to minimize stalls
- Strategically support brand-building and lead generation objectives
- Independently manage complex lanes, leveraging both CRM and AI tools for business impact
- Act as a key partner in identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, helping to mold and shape a rapidly growing professional services company
Who we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years as Chief of Staff, operations lead, or project manager
- Proven SLA enforcement with external stakeholders
- Track record managing concurrent projects; experience using project management tools would be ideal
- Quick mastery of tech stacks (CRM, AI tools) in a high-autonomy fully remote work environment
- Experience working in a professional services company or early-stage startup. Recruitment agency or staffing firm experience is a huge plus

The nuts and bolts:
- Fully remote role for a candidate based in the Philippines
- Will be working with a US-based Principal and colleagues (must be comfortable with US hours)
- Compensation: $1,500 to $2,500usd per month plus $1,000usd quarterly bonuses
- 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and US public holidays
