The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our team. You’ll work across multiple client accounts on an ongoing basis, producing high-quality graphic design deliverables that range from presentations and marketing collateral to social media assets and brand materials.


This is a hands-on execution role with real creative ownership. You’ll work within established brand systems but will be expected to bring ideas, elevate the quality of output, and contribute to how our clients show up visually. You’ll collaborate closely with the Design Leads, PMs, Developers and interact directly with clients, so strong communication skills are essential.


We’re open on seniority level—what matters most is the quality of your work, your ability to manage your own time across multiple accounts, and your willingness to grow with the team.


What You’ll Do

  • Design presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral for B2B clients
  • Create social media graphics, templates, and visual content across platforms
  • Develop and maintain brand assets, visual systems, and style guides
  • Work within existing design systems while finding opportunities to elevate and refine them
  • Execute across a variety of deliverables—from email templates and event materials to infographics and case study layouts
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and project managers to manage priorities across multiple retainer accounts
  • Present your work directly to clients and articulate your design decisions
  • Contribute to internal design critiques, knowledge sharing, and team development


What We’re Looking For


Required:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design range—presentations, brand collateral, social assets, and marketing materials
  • Expert-level Figma skills
  • Fluent English—you’ll be on client calls and presenting your work regularly
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts and manage your own time
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems
  • Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven agency work
  • Ability to work within EST Time Zone


Nice to Have:

  • Agency experience, particularly with B2B SaaS, healthcare, or fintech clients
  • Motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects, Jitter)
  • Illustration or iconography capabilities
  • Understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts
  • Experience with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney, Krea, Flora)
  • Familiarity with Webflow

Compensation & Benefits

Yearly salary: $30,000 - $42,000 (Based on experience, location, etc.)
