Next Match AI LLC is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect who has mastered the art of building and scaling the world’s most complex distributed systems. As we deploy our AI-driven recruitment and identity verification infrastructure globally, we need an architect who understands the friction of massive scale. You will design the high-availability systems that synchronize our matching engines across North America and the Middle East, ensuring sub-second latency for enterprise-level talent fulfillment.

• Infrastructure at Scale: Architect and oversee the deployment of global, multi-region cloud infrastructures capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
• Logistics-Driven AI: Apply complex fulfillment logic to our recruitment matching engine, optimizing the "supply chain" of global human capital.
• Distributed Systems Leadership: Direct the transition from traditional microservices to event-driven, serverless architectures that prioritize cost-efficiency and speed.
• Security & Identity Frameworks: Lead the integration of our Digital ID Check portals into global enterprise ecosystems, maintaining "Zero-Trust" standards.
• Strategic Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between our high-level product vision and the granular execution required for 99.99% uptime.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale, distributed systems for global cloud or retail technology firms.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Java, Go, or C++, combined with advanced mastery of AWS/Azure services (specifically DynamoDB, Kinesis, or SQS).

• Base Salary: $205,000 – $265,000 USD (commensurate with experience).
