Job Description
About Crsel
Crsel is an innovative creative product that empowers creators to produce stunning visual content effortlessly. We combine beautifully crafted templates, stickers, and advanced editing tools to help users turn ideas into eye-catching visuals in minutes. Crsel is already used by 1,000,000+ creators and continues to scale rapidly. We are building the next generation of creative tools on iOS and Android, with a strong focus on performance, real-time media processing, and delightful user experience.
We are now also launching a brand-new app, designed from the ground up to give creators powerful diting capabilities. As our Product Designer, you will play a central role in shaping both products.
We’re looking for a Product who wants to have real impact on the product, work closely with the founders, and help shape both the design direction and the future of Crsel.
Role Description
As the Product at Crsel, you will take full ownership of design across the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design for Crsel’s iOS app (500K+ monthly users), from concept and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and production-ready handoff.
- Design a brand-new video editor app from scratch — defining the information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and full visual language.
- Adapt existing iOS designs to the Android platform, ensuring a native-feeling experience that follows Material Design guidelines while maintaining brand consistency.
- Conduct UX analysis and audits of current app experiences, identifying friction points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively propose design improvements and new feature concepts — you are empowered to challenge the status quo when something doesn’t work well.
- Create marketing and promotional assets such as App Store screenshots, banners, feature graphics, and other visual materials as needed.
- Collaborate closely with iOS and Android developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth design-to-development handoff.
- Communicate directly with the founders on a daily basis, discussing ideas, trade-offs, and product direction in a fast-paced, no-hierarchy environment.
