About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance Frenus' digital presence through engaging content creation, strategic research, and active community engagement. You will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun Mehta, as well as other team members and management, to develop a compelling content strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and Webflow. Your primary responsibility will be to identify trending topics, analyze high-performing content, and craft insightful newsletters and articles that resonate with our target audience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about B2B marketing, digital trends, and community building who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn content creation, outreach, or community engagement within a B2B context.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content schedules, producing at least 15 newsletter editions per week across different verticals while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, compelling messages tailored to a European B2B audience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Organized, proactive, and transparent team player who values feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in B2B topics such as marketing, digitalization, smart manufacturing, next-generation vehicles, and M&A trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze high-quality LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key topics including B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and Private Equity & M&A.
  • Research trending topics and emerging discussions within the B2B tech and digitalization landscape to inform content strategy.
  • Support the creation and publication of bi-weekly newsletters on LinkedIn and Beehiiv, structuring content that is visually appealing, informative, and engaging.
  • Draft, review, and publish summary articles on our Webflow blog, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain a pulse on what’s emerging versus what’s noise, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Assist in developing social media posts, comments, and community interactions to foster engagement and build our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize and promote online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating these activities into the content calendar.
  • Maintain organized workflows, adhering to deadlines and quality standards, while continuously experimenting with new content formats and engagement strategies.
