Job Description


Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake ➜ sourcing ➜ screening ➜ interview coordination ➜ offer closure ➜ onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring plans, and selection criteria; provide market insights and realistic timelines.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing automation tools to build strong pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize ATS workflows—track candidates, update hiring-stage metrics, and maintain data hygiene for reporting.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments; provide calibrated feedback and support hiring decisions to reduce time-to-hire.
  • Drive candidate experience initiatives and continuous process improvements: interview scheduling, offer negotiation support, and onboarding coordination.
