Launched in 2020, MedTech World began as a bold initiative to position Malta as a bridge connecting startups, investors, service providers, and thought leaders in the Medical and HealthTech space. The RoleÂ
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Malta. This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will be the right hand to our Head of Marketing, helping drive audience growth, campaign performance, and conversion across all our global events.Â
This is not a role for someone who only thinks at 30,000 feet, nor for someone who only executes. We need both in equal measure. You will own the full marketing funnel, from audience segmentation and campaign creation through to conversion optimisation and paid advertising, with a clear focus on results.Â
What You Will Be Responsible ForÂ
Strategy and PlanningÂ
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned to event registration and revenue targets across all four global MedTech World eventsÂ
- Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right timeÂ
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define quarterly campaign plans, KPIs, and growth prioritiesÂ
- Identify new audience acquisition opportunities across paid and organic channelsÂ
Email Marketing and CRMÂ

- Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, from list segmentation and sequence building to A/B testing, deliverability, and performance analysisÂ
- Manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation to support lead nurturing and conversionÂ
- Develop personalised communication sequences for different audience segments, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and investorsÂ
Paid AdvertisingÂ
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google AdsÂ
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, with a strong focus on ROI and cost per acquisitionÂ
- Continuously test creative, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performanceÂ
Campaign Creation and ConversionÂ
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to executionÂ
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvementsÂ
- Collaborate with the content, social media and design teams to ensure all campaigns are on-brand and conversion-focusedÂ
Reporting and OptimisationÂ
- Own marketing performance reporting, track, analyse, and present key metrics to the Head of Marketing on a regular basisÂ
- Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve conversion rates across all touchpointsÂ
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes to keep our marketing competitiveÂ
What We Are Looking ForÂ
Experience and BackgroundÂ
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within events, media, or a fast-paced B2B environmentÂ
- Proven track record of driving measurable results across email marketing, paid advertising, and audience conversionÂ
- Experience working in a senior individual contributor or right-hand role within a marketing teamÂ
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level, you can build the plan and deliver itÂ
