We’re partnering with a rapidly growing data center owner’s rep delivering large‑scale, ground‑up mission‑critical campuses across the U.S. As demand driven by AI, cloud, and hyperscale infrastructure accelerates, this team is expanding long‑term leadership capacity.

This role is ideal for a GC‑side data center leader looking to transition into a true owner‑side development role, with visibility from early planning through commissioning and turnover.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design, preconstruction, and construction execution for major data center projects
• Manage multi‑phase campus schedules, budgets, and reporting

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, commissioning teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support entitlement, permitting, procurement, and change management
• Represent the owner’s rep in OACs and partner reviews
• Contribute to master planning and long‑term program strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of ground‑up data center construction experience (required)

• Strong background in MEP‑heavy, mission‑critical builds
• Experience managing multi‑phase schedules and budgets
• Ability to be on site (travel/relocation support available)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Openness to travel or relocation to Data Center building sites
