Overview
Our client—a community-rooted wellness brand and division of a leading mental health non-profit—is seeking a versatile Brand & Digital Experience Manager. This organization produces major cultural touchstones, including the nation’s largest weekly public yoga gathering (averaging 18,000+ attendees) and large-scale community wellness festivals.
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to own their digital ecosystem. This role combines high-level brand strategy, day-to-day social media execution, and Squarespace management to ensure the mission resonates across every channel. Working directly with the leadership team, you will turn their digital presence into a living portfolio of real-world community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Strategy
- Brand Foundation: Audit existing assets to synthesize a clear brand narrative that appeals to community members, sponsors, and donors.
- Strategic Framework: Establish core content pillars and distinct "personalities" for our event properties while maintaining a cohesive Yerbana voice.
- Mission Storytelling: Articulate our connection to the CSA to deepen donor engagement and sponsor interest.
Social Media & Community Management
- Calendar Ownership: Manage the full content calendar end-to-end, prioritizing manual posting for maximum reach.
- Content Creation: Transform raw media into polished Reels, carousels, and graphics using Canva.
- Event Promotion: Execute weekly posts for Yoga in the Park (May–Sept) and monthly campaigns for the Wellness Block Party.
- Engagement: Build genuine connections by responding to DMs and comments in a warm, on-brand voice.

Website Management (Squarespace)
- Event Page Ownership: Maintain and update all event pages to reflect the current season's energy.
- Living Portfolio: Build out pages showcasing sponsors, studio partners, instructors, and DJs with photos and bios as they are confirmed.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Proactively update CTAs and event links while ensuring the site remains visually exceptional and consistent with our social media narrative.
Qualifications:
- Strategy & Design: Proven experience in brand or content strategy with a strong eye for visual consistency.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram/TikTok algorithms and high proficiency in Squarespace and Canva.
- Content Production: Equally skilled in video editing (Reels/recaps) and static design.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and able to manage recurring weekly updates during our peak season (May–September).

Logistics & Engagement
Engagement Model:
- Phase 1: Launch Sprint (Weeks 1–5): Heavier lift to overhaul the brand narrative and build out 2026 event pages before the May season launch.
- Phase 2: Ongoing Maintenance: ~15–20 hours/week during peak season (May–Sept), scaling back in the off-season.
Location: Fully remote; async workflow with regular founder check-ins.
Rate: $8.00 – $11.00 per hour
