About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining advanced web applications that support our core business functions. Your work will involve creating new features, automating processes, and ensuring the robustness and performance of enterprise web solutions. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and operational teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that enhance our logistics operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment, contributing to the digital transformation of a leading logistics provider. The role is initially based remotely from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after the probation period, depending on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases, version control tools such as Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating relevant skills. Familiarity with OCR frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and system testing methodologies will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and an interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative research. Flexibility to relocate to the Middle East after the initial period is also desirable, along with the ability to adapt to regional working environments and collaborate effectively with onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that align with business and operational objectives, ensuring adherence to performance standards and quality coding practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of features and solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure consistency in design and user experience across web applications.
