Director, Marketing — Marine & RV and Camping 

Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone required)

Reports to: GM of Marine & RV Verticals.

The Opportunity 

We're looking for a Senior Manager or Director, Marketing to own growth and retention strategy across two of our fastest-evolving verticals: Marine and RV & Camping. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape how these business units attract, convert, and retain customers — with a heavy U.S. focus and additional reach into Australia and New Zealand. 

You'll lead a team of marketers, partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, and build programs that move the needle on pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Whether the right fit is a seasoned Senior Manager ready to stretch or a proven Director-level leader, we're open to the right person who can drive results and elevate the team. 

What You'll Do 

Drive Growth & Retention at Scale 

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for new customer acquisition and retention across the Marine and RV & Camping verticals. 
  • Scale high-performing channels across inbound, outbound, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM always with an eye toward pipeline efficiency and CAC optimization.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell marketing initiatives that deepen customer relationships and maximize lifetime value. 
  • Align go-to-market execution with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every campaign ladders up to shared revenue goals. 

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team 

  • Hire, coach, and mentor a team of 2–3 marketers focused on demand generation and customer-centric marketing. 
  • Foster a culture rooted in data-driven experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning. 
  • Lead with vulnerability, curiosity, and empathy creating an environment where people do their best work and feel safe to take smart risks. 

Champion the Storable Brand Across Verticals & Regions 

  • Serve as the brand steward for marketing efforts within Marine and RV & Camping, ensuring all campaigns, content, and communications tie back to Storable's overarching brand identity, voice, and values. 
  • Localize and adapt brand messaging, creative, and campaign strategies by region — recognizing that market expectations, buyer behavior, and competitive landscapes differ significantly across the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and other global markets. What resonates with a marina operator in Florida won't necessarily land with a holiday park owner in Queensland. 
  • Balance global brand cohesion with regional specificity: maintain the connective thread to the Storable master brand while giving each vertical and market the tailored presence it needs to build trust and credibility locally. 
  • Partner with the Creative and Product Marketing teams to develop region- and vertical-specific assets from localized landing pages and ad creative to market-relevant case studies, event collateral, and customer communications. 
  • Stay close to regional market trends, terminology, and customer expectations to ensure Storable's brand feels authentic and relevant in every market it serves, not like a U.S.-centric message simply translated for other geographies. 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally 

  • Act as the primary marketing partner to the Marine and RV & Camping business units, building trusted relationships with GMs, Sales leaders, and Customer Success teams. 
  • Work hand-in-hand with Corporate teams Product Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to drive GTM alignment and brand cohesion. 
  • Bring a strategic voice to cross-functional planning, ensuring marketing is always connected to the bigger picture.

Execute & Optimize Campaigns 

  • Translate growth goals into multi-channel campaign strategies that span the full customer journey. 
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot to power campaign delivery — with a focus on outcomes over operations. 
  • Own demand gen targets, forecasting, and reporting; continuously refine programs based on performance insights. 
  • Drive a programmatic ABM strategy targeting key enterprise accounts. 

Measure What Matters 

  • Define and report on marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI with clarity and consistency. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate attribution and full-funnel visibility across Salesforce and HubSpot/Pardot. 
  • Build a testing culture always iterating, always improving. 

What You'll Bring 

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in growth, demand generation, and retention. 
  • Proven success leading and scaling marketing teams, ideally across multiple verticals or product lines. 
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (required), Pardot (a plus), and Salesforce (required). 
  • Strong command of digital demand generation, ABM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing strategies. 
  • A highly analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns through performance data, attribution modeling, and pipeline metrics. 
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills you know how to build trust and alignment across teams. 
  • A genuine passion for brand excellence you care about how things look, sound, and feel, not just how they convert. 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where ownership and initiative are valued. 
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or be willing to work PT hours.
