Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Digital Analytics

Location: Fully Remote.

This role is ideal for a technical expert who thrives on collaboration and wants to make a tangible impact on how a global organization leverages digital data. Our primary focus is reporting on .com performance; therefore, a deep background in digital analytics is critical. You will work with large-scale datasets from Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to create a unified, 360-degree view of digital performance, site activity, and revenue outcomes. The Impact You’ll Make: The end goal isn’t just building a report; it’s arming internal stakeholders with the clarity needed to make better business decisions. You will act as a "data translator"—taking vague business requirements and converting them into intuitive dashboard layouts and visualization components that allow users to reach insights instantly. Data can be masked – we are looking to understand how the candidate thinks through KPI selection, dashboard layouts, and UI/UX design.

Skills Required:

5+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Advanced Power BI expertise, including complex DAX and data modeling Experience with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) Experience working with web clickstream data Strong SQL skills Experience with GCP / BigQuery Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into dashboards Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile environments

Skills Preferred:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards that provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights into digital performance.
• Advanced DAX & Modeling: Author complex Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and measures to support dynamic analysis and ensure data integrity.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Partner closely with internal teams to understand their business needs, translating high-level questions into technical requirements and user-centric visualizations.
• Data Engineering Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Analytics Engineers to align on data requirements and design transformation pipelines within GCP (BigQuery), handling complex business rules and high-volume clickstream data.
• Data Modeling: Build and optimize Power BI data models that transform raw, disparate data into clean, validated, and reusable datasets.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reporting.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the Power BI ecosystem, adopting new features and best practices to continuously improve our visualization capabilities.
