We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to own and scale the operational backbone of our global people function. This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution across systems, compliance, and employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build & scale HR infrastructure: Own and optimize HR systems including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and internal data processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, role changes, and performance cycles
- Design scalable processes: Create policies and procedures that support rapid growth while maintaining a strong culture
- Drive reporting & insights: Track headcount, retention, performance, and workforce planning
- Ensure global compliance: Partner with legal and finance to manage international employment, payroll, and immigration requirements

Additional Impact
- Oversee benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Partner with leadership on org design, planning, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in People Ops, HR, or similar roles in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
- Experience supporting international teams
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment compliance
- Systems thinker who enjoys building scalable processes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with multiple priorities
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
- Confident partner to leadership with strong ownership mindset

- Base salary: $140K–$160K + equity + performance bonus
- $15K relocation bonus (Bay Area)
