We are bringing on a passionate and results-driven Marketing Intern to join our growing remote marketing team. You will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will collaborate directly with senior marketers, creative directors, and brand strategists — executing real campaigns with real deadlines and real impact. ✅ What You Will Do

📣 Digital Marketing & Campaigns

→ Plan, create, and execute social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

→ Assist in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

→ Support email marketing campaigns — from copy to scheduling to performance tracking

→ Get hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and SEO platforms used by industry professionals

💬 Client Communication & Relationship Management

→ Client Communication & Brand Alignment: Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain regular updates through professional messaging, performance reports, and status documents.

→ Onboarding & Relationship Management: Drive customer success by managing onboarding, gathering feedback, and cultivating long-term relationships through personalized outreach and case studies.

→ Sales & Strategic Support: Assist sales and account teams by drafting high-impact proposals, preparing presentation materials, and documenting all interactions in the CRM.

→ Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a strategic bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on goals, project execution, and the delivery of campaign value.

💼 B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

→ Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects in target industries (brands, agencies, production houses, e-commerce)

→ Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and prospect engagement strategies to build the sales pipeline

→ Create targeted outreach messaging and follow-up sequences for potential clients

→ Maintain and organize lead databases and CRM entries for tracking prospect interactions

→ Collaborate with the sales team to support case studies, proposal development, and client success stories

→ Assist in creating compelling service/portfolio materials that convert prospects into qualified leadsmake according to the linkedin algorithm

✍️ Content & Copywriting

→ Write compelling captions, ad copy, blog posts, and website content aligned with brand voice

→ Research trending topics and create content calendars for weekly and monthly planning

→ Collaborate with the video and design team to develop campaign creatives

📊 Analytics & Reporting

→ Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools

→ Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards for the marketing team

→ Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities

🔍 SEO & Growth

→ Support on-page SEO tasks — keyword research, meta descriptions, and blog optimisation

→ Assist in building the brand's organic reach and online presence

→ Identify new channels and strategies to drive traffic and leads

🤝 Collaboration & Operations

→ Work closely with the creative and production team on integrated campaign planning

→ Maintain organised content libraries, campaign trackers, and marketing calendars

→ Support senior marketing leads on multi-platform brand campaigns

🔍 What We Are Looking For

✅ Must-Have

→ Completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field — OR — holds a certified Digital Marketing course from a recognised institute (Google, HubSpot, Meta, NIIT, UpGrad, or equivalent)

→ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation — freelance, agency, or self-managed projects count

→ Strong understanding of social media platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook → Proficiency in Canva for creating basic marketing creatives

→ Good written and verbal communication skills in English

→ Ability to work full-time remotely — 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

→ Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/computer

⭐ Good to Have

→ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or any marketing tool

→ Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword research

→ Experience managing a personal brand, college social media page, or any digital project
