About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Remote Recruiter with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and expertise in Topgrading recruitment methodologies. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-caliber talent. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal leadership team to refine and enhance our hiring processes, ensuring we attract and retain top industry professionals. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, conducting structured interviews, managing applicant data through ATS, and developing targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles such as technicians, service advisors, and managers. This position offers flexible hours (10-20 hours per week), allowing the recruiter to set their schedule while making a meaningful impact on our organization’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Certified or highly experienced in Topgrading structured interview methods
- Proven automotive recruiting experience, particularly in hiring for technical and managerial roles
- Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques related to recruitment workflows and KPIs
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Applicant Pro
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relocation processes and strategies to attract candidates across states
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Source, screen, and interview top talent using Topgrading methods to identify high-performing candidates
- Conduct thorough vetting of candidates for technical skills and cultural fit within the organization

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine job descriptions, scorecards, and interview techniques
