Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is focused on producing high-quality visual content and animations specifically for the real estate industry, supporting marketing, social media, and sales initiatives.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This role is ONLY for candidates with prior real estate design experience. Applicants without real estate experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience working on real estate marketing materials and content, with a strong understanding of property marketing, luxury branding, and motion graphics. This role is suited to someone who can take full ownership of the design process — from concept to execution — while maintaining a premium and consistent visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content for real estate marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and campaigns
• Create motion graphics and animations specifically for property listings, real estate ads, and promotional content
• Develop branded assets including property brochures, listing presentations, and real estate promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s premium real estate brand positioning
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Videographer to produce high-performing real estate content
• Create graphics and animations that support lead generation and property sales campaigns
• Design and animate content optimised for real estate social media performance (ads, reels, stories, etc.)
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs including typography, colour, and layout
• Work on multiple property projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate marketing trends and competitor content
• Continuously improve design quality and creative output

• Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets

Qualifications

• 🚫 Mandatory: Proven experience in graphic design AND motion graphics within the real estate industry
• 🚫 Applications without real estate experience will not be considered
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate projects (property ads, brochures, listings, social media content)
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects or similar)
• Strong understanding of property marketing, luxury branding, and visual presentation
• Ability to produce premium, high-end real estate content
