About the role
We're looking for a Data Analyst who can turn messy data into clear decisions. This is a full-time remote role where you'll work across teams to surface insights that directly shape how Fini's product and operations evolve.
Compensation: 40 LPA fixed + ESOPs
What you'll do
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights
- Identify trends and patterns that inform product, support, and business decisions
- Build data models and develop visual reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve business performance
- Communicate findings clearly and confidently to leadership and stakeholders

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R
- Solid understanding of data modeling and statistical methods

- Ability to handle and analyze large, complex datasets
- Clear communicator who can present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
