π‘ Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and QA analysts to deliver high-performing, bug-free applications.
This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates and is fully remote.
π Key ResponsibilitiesTest Automation Development
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test strategies and coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
CI/CD & DevOps Integration
- Work with DevOps teams to integrate testing into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure test automation is efficient, scalable, and reliable.
Test Planning & Documentation

- Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Maintain clear documentation of automation processes and frameworks.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Technical Skills
- Experience in QA automation or software testing roles.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Testing Knowledge
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Knowledge of performance and load testing is a plus.
