Position Summary 

We are hiring a a dynamic Marketing Content Spokesperson with a strong personality and a deep understanding of marketing. This role is for someone who lives and breathes marketing, understands how brands communicate online, and enjoys being both the strategist and the face of the content. 

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, understands digital marketing trends, and can translate marketing ideas into engaging video content. You should be comfortable making small edits to short-form videos, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. 

This role is not just about posting content—it’s about representing the brand, communicating ideas clearly, and creating content that connects with a U.S. audience. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

Brand Spokesperson & Content Creation: 

  • Serve as an on-camera representative of the brand for marketing and social media content. 

  • Record engaging short-form videos, announcements, marketing insights, and educational content. 

  • Communicate clearly in fluent English suitable for a U.S. audience. 

  • Bring personality, authenticity, and energy to content. 

Marketing & Content Strategy: 

  • Contribute to content and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. 

  • Help brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns and messaging. 

  • Identify content opportunities based on industry trends and audience behavior. 

  • Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across platforms. 

Social Media & Performance: 

  • Manage and schedule social media content. 

  • Monitor engagement and audience interactions when needed. 

  • Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights. 

Analytics & Reporting: 

  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to track marketing and social media performance. 

  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. 

  • Present simple, clear reports on campaign or content performance. 

Content Editing: 

  • Make light edits to short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) when needed. 

  • Ensure content is polished, engaging, and optimized for each platform. 

 

 

Requirements (Must-Have) 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 

  • Based in Colombia or Mexico. 

  • Fluent English with minimal to no Latin accent. 

  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills. 

  • Background in marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing. 

  • Experience creating short-form video content. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and audience engagement. 

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analytics. 

  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data and suggest improvements. 

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. 

  • Strong, engaging personality and comfort being the voice and face of a brand. 

  • Up to date with digital marketing trends. 

  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.
